Noah G. Marshall

Noah G. Marshall is the Managing Partner & Co-Founder of Raynor Capital Management. He also serves as the Principal Broker and is responsible for deal sourcing, transaction execution, and business development across the firm's platform. Prior to founding Raynor, Noah was the Head of Portfolio Acquisitions at Amherst Holdings, where he originated, underwrote, and closed more than $2 billion in investment property transactions nationwide. He started his career in the investment sales division at Eastern Consolidated, specializing in middle market transactions.

Noah received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.

David G. Marshall

David is a Senior Advisor and Co-Founder of Raynor Capital Management. He is responsible for the firm's strategy, operations, and financial management. Prior to founding Raynor, David accumulated over 30 years of experience across the financial services industry. Most recently, he served as Head of Trade Execution at Blue Ridge Capital, an $8 billion long/short equity hedge fund. Previously, he held portfolio management roles at Schonfeld Securities and Templeton Quantitative Advisors. Earlier in his career, he served as a proprietary trader at NatWest Securities and Drexel Burnham Lambert.

David holds an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Colorado State University.
