Raynor Capital Management arranged the off-market sale which was one of the largest SFR transactions in the market's history and secured a Texas-based investment manager as the buyer. The purchaser was attracted to portfolio because it was cash flowing and spread across the entire MSA and the average vintage was early 2000s. The seller, who is a successful entrepreneur and home builder, wanted to diversify out of residential assets and acquire commercial properties. Raynor was able to establish a programmatic relationship between the two parties who transacted several times on new construction homes.
